Speros Link Margetis, Ph.D., is the Co-founder of S-Squared Business Consultants and has over twenty years of providing business valuations to a variety of companies. His education includes a BS degree in Finance from the University of Florida, an MBA and Ph.D. in the same field from the University of South Florida, and advanced programs at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology including the Entrepreneurship Development Program, Fundamentals of Finance for the Technical Executive, and Developing and Managing a Successful Technology and Product Strategy.
Dr. Speros Margetis is actively involved in Tampa Bay business community helping businesses grow. His valuations include a thorough due diligence that identifies strengths and weaknesses in the business and provides a road map of how to increase the value of the business. He provides valuation services to companies across a variety of industries at all stages of development. His experience and industry knowledge are valued resources for companies navigating the market.

Sridhar Gogineni, Ph.D, CFA® is the Co-founder of S-Squared Business Consultants and has over fifteen years of experience in the areas of private companies and valuation. Dr. Gogineni finished his undergraduate studies in Management at Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani in India, an MS in Financial Economics at Ohio University, and a Ph.D. in Finance at the University of Oklahoma. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®).
Dr. Gogineni’s prior work experience includes working as a business consultant at the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Ohio University. In this role, he helped numerous small and medium businesses with financial projections and valuation, managing working capital and cash flows, raising capital, and creating and servicing lines of credit. Dr. Gogineni’s research endeavors cover a wide range of topics including valuation, mergers and acquisitions, small businesses, corporate governance, venture capital and private equity investments and real estate investment trusts. His research has been presented at more than fifty national and international conferences and published top-rated journals and outlets such as the Wall Street Journal.

Silvana’s diverse background working with clients across industries such as professional services, manufacturing, consumer services, and healthcare adds value and a fresh perspective. She has experience in working with family-owned businesses and the complexity that is associated with it. Silvana is a bilingual and bicultural citizen of Canada and Italy. Her unique professional journey affords her the ability to connect with people around the world, and her commitment to client success is unmatched. She is a founding chair of AM&AA Tampa Bay Chapter, a member of the Board of Trustees at HCA Hospital in Tampa, FL, and the incoming chair of the FICPA Foundation.
Silvana is a big believer in giving back to the community she lives in. She serves on the board of New Life Village, which provides affordable housing for foster families. Outside of her commitment to business owners and the community, Silvana loves cooking, especially teaching the art of making pasta to her guests. She is committed to being a lifelong learner through reading, enjoys biking, and playing golf.
